Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string. This information helps us detect and prevent spam.
An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile image will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site if it is present.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
If you message the studio, all messages are deleted after 14 days unless you have asked for a reply or further contact.
For users who register on our website (if applicable), we store the personal information provided in their user profile. Users can view, edit or delete their own personal information at any time, except for their username. Website administrators can also view and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided.
