The second phase of redevelopment at the Church Street site has been secured by funding from the Office for Students’ Capital Fund. The project will convert the remaining 22,000 sq ft of the building into a dedicated higher education facility. The upgrade will include modern teaching rooms, study areas, collaborative spaces, and improved accessibility. It is part of the College’s long-term estate strategy and will increase capacity to deliver programmes linked to regional and national skills priorities.
