Good Work Skills supports amazing people, including those
with a health condition, to find paid employment. We offer
free, one-to-one support, and training opportunities to gain
new skills.
You’ll work with an Employment Specialist to achieve your
goals, and to earn digital skills badges that are valued by
local employers. You can also use the badges on your CV,
on job sites, and in interviews.
You’ll receive one-to-one support from your Employment
Specialist. This includes support with job applications, CVS
and interview skills, and to find a job that suits your skills
and strengths.

Coaches
• A free Westfield Health and Wellbeing package
• Access to debt, benefit and employment law support from
Citizens Advice
• Access to LinkedIn Learning for sector specific learning
content.
Good Work Skills also works in partnership with many
organisations in the health and social care sector to design
learning opportunities and will help you find the perfect job
role for you.
